Assistant Cruise Director (coordinates the cruise staff personnel activity schedules, supervise and act as master of ceremonies at specific passenger activities as directed by the cruise director, and assists in creating the daily programs). Entertainment, recreation, hotel or resort experience preferred or 1-2 years on board working your way up from an entry-level cruise staff position. Social Hostess (introduces the captain to passengers at the Captains Cocktail Party. Conducts social activities. Acts as a master of ceremonies at specific passenger activities as directed by the cruise director).
