Deck Department
Captain
The captain takes care of the entire operation of the vessel. Must hold a valid master's license and endorsement and all applicable certifications issued by a recognized maritime government body. Large experience with a minimum of five to eight years in subordinate positions on board the pertinent type of ship and solid experience in all navigational electronic and computerized equipment required. Must hold a diploma from an accredited maritime training school or facility. Fluent English knowledge is mandatory.

Staff Captain
The above officer is to be second in command and oversee day-to-day operations and management as directed by the captain. Must holds valid master's license and endorsement and all applicable certifications issued by a recognized maritime government body. Must be experienced enough with a minimum five to eight years in subordinate positions on board pertinent types of ships and profoundly experienced in all navigational electronic and computerized equipment. Must hold a diploma from an accredited maritime training school or facility. Fluent English knowledge is mandatory.

Chief Officer
The designated navigation officer supervises the bridge operations and takes care of the overtime timetables. Required and supposed to possess all applicable certifications by a recognized maritime government body and a diploma from an accredited maritime training school or facility to speak fluent English, holding an SSO (Certificate of Ship Security Officer) is mandatory. Extensive experience with a minimum three to five years in subordinate positions on board ships and solid experience in all navigational electronic and computerized equipment. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a multi-national crew and, with reference to work-related matters, extensive professional knowledge of the trading areas as the particular cases are.
Salary range: 7500-9000 USD per month*

First Officer
The above officer is to be designated navigation officer and takes care of the supervision of the bridge operations. Must hold all applicable certifications from a recognized maritime government body. To be extensively experienced with a minimum three to five years in subordinate positions on pertinent types of ships and solidly experienced in all navigational electronic and computerized equipment. Must hold a diploma from an accredited maritime training school or facility. Fluency in the English language is mandatory.

Second Officer

Security Officer
The above officer takes care of all shipboard security for the vessel, including drug interdiction. Must hold all applicable certifications issued by a recognized maritime government body. Must be extensively experienced in security and firearms handling and must hold an SSO certificate issued by a recognized maritime authority. Fluency in the English language is mandatory.

Security Personnel
The above personnel handle all shipboard security on the vessel as directed by the security officer. Must be extensively experienced in security and firearms handling.

Safety Officer
The safety officer is responsible for passenger and crew safety drills, abandon ship procedures, crew safety training, and supervision of ship tenders. Required and supposed to possess all applicable certifications by a recognized maritime government body and a diploma from an accredited maritime training school or facility to speak fluent English, the holding of an SSO (Certificate of Ship Security Officer) is mandatory. To be extensively experienced, with a minimum one to two years in subordinate positions on board pertinent types of ships. Proficient in communications with the respective representatives of the classification societies as might be assigned, to have good opportunities and skills in day-to-day operations with and exploitation of safety equipment, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and good awareness of the documentation as per the international standards in force.

Quartermaster
The quartermaster is responsible for supervising deck staff on daily duties, maintenance, cleaning, rope deck duties, and tender operations as directed by the safety officer. Reports directly to the chief officer. Must be extensively experienced, with a minimum one to two years in subordinate positions on board pertinent types of ships. A graduate of an accredited maritime training school or facility is preferable. Licensed tender captain. Required and supposed to possess all applicable certifications by a recognized maritime government body to speak English at a very good level.

Bosun
The boss is responsible for supervising the general maintenance of assigned stations and assisting in tender operations as directed by the safety officer. Must be experienced with a minimum one to two years on board pertinent types of ships. A tender captain's license and good English language skills are required.

Carpenter
The carpenter is responsible for all carpentry and woodwork on board. Skilled carpenter experience in a related background field is required. Entry-level position. Good English language skills are required.

The seaman is responsible for cleaning, painting, and general maintenance of the vessel. Entry-level position. A very basic knowledge of the English language is required.
