Assist in the coordination of crew arrivals, departures, and transfers. Maintain accurate crew records, including contracts, visas, passports, and medical certificates. Handle crew-related documentation and maintain up-to-date files. Coordinate crew drills, training sessions, and crew announcements.

Strong customer service skills, public relations experience, or a combination of each. Additional languages are a definite asset.

Travel expenses will be paid upon completion of the first contract. Medical coverage is under contract.

The Crew Purser efficiently manages all crew-related matters and administration aboard the ship and carries out these duties in a manner consistent with company standards. The crew purser supports the chief purser with other duties as assigned, such as onboard administration, accounting, ship’s clearance, and supporting the management of the day-to-day running of all aspects of the guest services department, to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction, product consistency, and profitability. 

Candidates need to have previous cruise ship experience sailing in this rank or similar.

This position covers the following areas: front desk, assistant night manager crew office, hotel secretary, and shore excursions desk. His or her main function is to have complete knowledge of the ship, including the activities that are carried out on it, to know the variety of services that the ship offers, and to be familiar with them in order to answer the questions of the passengers.

High school diploma and some customer care experience.  Excellent English language skills to talk with passengers and passenger groups. Be able to work under stress.
